로리천은 타이베이 현대미술관(MOCA)의 관장이다. 이에 앞서 그녀는 타이베이 디지털 아트센터의 CEO를 역임했다. 뉴미디어 아트를 전문으로 하고 있으며, VT Artsalon과 Frees Art Space를 비롯하여 대만의 권위있는 예술공간과 여러 이벤트들을 기획했다. 또한 2017년 제12회, 2018년 제14회 타이베이 디지털 아트 페스티벌을 기획하였으며, 대만 현대미술 아카이브 프로젝트의 디렉터로도 활동했다. 현재 세신대학교(Shih Hsin University)와 국립대만대학교(National Taiwan University)에서 가르치고 있다.

Loh Li-Chen is the director of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei. Prior to this, she was the CEO of Taipei Digital Art Center. Loh specializes in new media art and has been exhibiting in several prestigious art spaces and events in Taiwan, including VT Artsalon and Frees Art Space of the Association of the Visual Arts in Taiwan Artist Festival. She has also curated 2017 12th and 2019 14th Taipei Digital Arts Festivals, and was the director of Taiwan Contemporary Art Archive project. Loh currently teaches at Shih Hsin University and National Taiwan University.
