한국 비디오아트 아카이브 플랫폼 [더 스트림](www.thestream.kr)의 설립자이자 디렉터이다. 동명의 영상예술비평지 책임 편집을 맡고 있으며 2015년부터 정기적인 비디오아트 스크리닝을 기획 운영하고 있다. 주로 비디오아트/무빙이미지의 공공적인 아카이브 연구와 함께 비평적 확장 가능성에 관심을 두고 기획과 글을 쓴다. 최근 주요 기획 전시로는 국립현대미술관 필름앤비디오 협력 큐레이터로 《비디오 심포니: 연접, 이접, 통접의 서곡》(2019)을 기획하였고, 비디오 아트 기획 시리즈 《비디오 포트레이트》(2017), 《비디오 랜드스케이프》(2018), 《비디오/스펙트럼/댄스》(2019)을 공동기획 하였다. 국립아시아문화전당(ACC) 문화정보원 아시아 비디오아트와 실험영화 아카이브 심의위원(2015), 광주문화재단 미디어아트 유네스코 창의도시 자문위원(2018)과 미디어문화예술채널 앨리스온 편집위원(2010-2019)을 역임했다. 비평책 『THE MEDIUM』(2013), 『위대한 게임 The Great Games』(2015), 『일상을 바꾸는 미디어키트 Media Kit for Changing Daily Life 』(2016), 『THE STREAM』 Vol.3.5 (2016), 『Video Portrait』 (2017)의 공동 저자이다.

Sera Jung Is the founder and director of the Korean video art archive platform The Stream (www.thestream.kr). She oversees editing the publication of The Stream, which specializes in Korean video art and offer deeper analysis of the works of artists being introduced in online platform. Jung has been organizing regular video art screening since 2015. She mainly plans exhibitions and writes by focusing on the possibility of critical expansion along public archive research of video art and moving images. Her recent works include Video Symphony: An Overture of Connection, Disjunction and Conjunction (2019) as an associate curator at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) Film and Video, and the video art planning series, such as Video Portrait (2017), Video Landscape (2018), Video/Spectrum/Dance (2019). Jung also served as a committee member of the Asian Video Art and Experimental Film Archive of Cultural Information Center at Asian Cultural Center (ACC) in 2015. She was also part of advisory committee for UNESCO Media Arts Creative City by Gwangju Cultural Foundation in 2018 and worked as an editor of AliceOn, a media art and culture channel. She also contributed as a co-author to art criticism books, such as THE MEDIUM (2013), The Great Games (2015), Media Kit for Changing Daily Life (2016), THE STREAM (2016) and Video Portrait (2017).
