문한알은 현재 국립현대미술관 미술관교육과 에듀케이터로 활동 중이다. 매개자가 되어 관객 참여 및 실천 경험을 다각화하기 위한 경로를 모색하고, 이와 동시에 독립 기획자로서 동시대 미술현장에서 활동하고 있는 작가에 대한 글을 쓰거나 전시를 기획하고 있다. 협력한 전시로 《아크로뱃》(아트스페이스 보안 2, 2021), 《버블의 때》(온수공간, 2020)가 있으며 《벽에 맴도는 소리》(의외의조합, 2018)를 기획했다. 아트유니온 프로젝트 및 서울대학교 조형연구소 연구원을 거쳐 서울대학교미술관에서 학예사로 일했다. 휘트니미술관의 전시 패러다임을 분석한 졸업 논문을 작성해 미술경영학 석사 학위를 취득했으며, 현재 동대학원 박사 과정 중에 있다.

Hanal Moon is an assistant educator in the Education Department at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Korea. She received her Master of Arts in Art Management from Seoul National University with her thesis analyzing the exhibition paradigms of the Whitney Museum of American Art and she is pursuing a PhD at the same university. Her major works include Acrobat (Art Space BOAN 2, 2021) and Anecdote of the Bubble (ONSU GONG-GAN, 2020), in which she contributed as a collaborating curator, as well as independently curating Voices Untraced (OOOJH, 2018). Moon works as an independent curator who organizes exhibitions reflecting on contemporary artists living in the same era. She especially explores ways on diversifying the experiences of audience engagement and practicing as an intermediary.
