장진택은 서울을 기반으로 활동하는 큐레이터이자 연구자이다. 영국 왕립예술대학(Royal College of Art)에서 Curating Contemporary Art 석사 학위를 받았으며, 이후 한국의 홍익대학교 예술학과에서 박사 과정을 수료했다. 일민미술관, PLATFORM-L Contemporary Art Center 등지의 기관에서 전시를 기획하였고, 기획 전시 플랫폼 INTERACTION SEOUL을 독자적으로 운영키도 했다. 최근에는 현대자동차가 운영하는 ZER01NE 크리에이터 스튜디오의 팀장을 역임하였고, 현재는 독립 큐레이터로서 동시대성에 기반한 한국의 큐레이팅 실천 및 그 형성 과정에 관심을 두고 전시와 텍스트를 생산하고 있다.

Jintaeg Jang is an independent curator and a researcher based in Seoul, Korea. Jang received his M.A. in Curating Contemporary Art from the Royal College of Art and completed a doctoral program in Art Studies from Hongik University. Jang curated numbers of shows working at Ilmin Museum of Art and PLATFORM-L Contemporary Art Center, and also ran an independent platform for curatorial practice called INTERACTION SEOUL. His most recent position was team lead at ZER01NE Creator Studio, a creative division at an open innovation platform operated by Hyundai Motor Company. Currently working as an independent curator, Jang is curating and writing with a research interest in the formation and practices of contemporary curating in Korea.
